Katy Keane
President and CEO

Katy Keane, President of Koncatenate, a supply chain consulting practice, brings a history of leading transformational change in the supply chain in three different industries to clients.

Katy's expertise includes implementation of demand and inventory planning, transportation management, allocation, distribution operations management, customer service, vendor compliance and freight payment.

Katy has held senior supply chain leadership roles for Big Lots Stores, Limited Brands, Borden Foods Corporation, and Metatec (a 3PL in the DVD and gaming industry) and has direct experience with Oracle Transportation Management, JDA and E3 software, PeopleSoft ERP, and GXS Vendor Compliance systems.

Katy has led the implementation of numerous supply chain systems, as well as transformation of supply chain processes, yielding significant savings and performance improvement for multiple retailers, consumer packaged goods and 3PL companies.

Katy also delivered transformational results by using a customer-focused team strategy to integrate processes and responsibilities for demand forecasting, inventory planning, MRP and customer service.

Earlier in her career, Katy held numerous roles in Merchandising for Federated and Associated Department Goods divisions. She began her career as an Assistant Buyer with The H.&S. Pogue Company in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Miami University.
